Where do you consult them?
The BOE's auction portal publishes judicial, notary and administrative auctions. The official document identifies the managing authority, the good, the documentation and the terms and conditions of the call.
Before submitting a bid
The edict, registration information, pository status, required deposits and dates have to be revised. The auction value should not be automatically interpreted as currently market value.
After closure
The result and the award depend on the procedure. The payment obligations, remaining charges and subsequent proceedings have to be checked. Investment Group receives no bids or deposits through this portal.
To set an investment limit
Before bidding, it defines a maximum amount consistent with the value of the asset and the total purchase cost. It includes charges that can survive, tributes, formalization costs, maintenance and potential recovery of possession. It also lays down the necessary funds to meet payments by the applicable deadline.
Read every call
The rules depend on the type of auction and his file. The identification, storage, closure, payment and award requirements are to be found at the call and with its managing authority. It should not be assumed that the highest offer automatically produces a final purchase and that all loads are cancelled.

Is the auction value the market price?
Not necessarily. A separate valuation should be made that considers status, use, employment, loads and market opportunities.
